Caleb Hicks

Caleb is the founder of SchoolAI, a startup building AI-powered tools for schools. They're helping teachers take back 10+ hours a week so they can focus on making magic in the classroom. He also founded Factor – a non-profit program that helps teenagers test drive careers doing hands-on projects w/ industry pros – in 2021. Prior to that Caleb cofounded Bloom Institute of Technology, ran an instructional design team at Apple, and was a CTE and Entrepreneurship teacher in Alpine School District. ‍ He also writes The Progress Report, a weekly newsletter on the future of education – where he shares what he's learning, thinking about, and building with AI in education.
